With the passage of TA2, JetBlue IFCs are now governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is great news for IFCs, who have sorely needed adequate methods of grieving unfair treatment by JetBlue Leadership.
Many of the Union Representatives will transition into the grievance team for JetBlue IFCs, so we will turn our education focus to teaching the differences between the Union Representative program and a contractually protected grievance team.
