Thank you for requesting a Union Representative to accompany to your meeting. Please use the form below to request a Union Rep. All fields are required. If we are unable to find a representative to accompany you to your meeting, you must still attend your meeting. We would advise speaking to a Union Representative or TWU Advisor prior to any meeting where discipline could be issued.

Only submit a Union Rep. request when you have received a confirmed date and time from the JetBlue management. Please do not include options for meeting times in the box below.

Most of our Reps are volunteers, so it could take 24 - 48 hours to pair you with someone.
